Happy 2012!

I realize that this is completely cliche but I am starting fresh today! I need to get healthy (lower that cholesterol and lose some weight!) and why not start today? I signed up for a class back in November that starts today and I've never been more excited. It combines my need to lose weight and get healthy with my love of scrapbooking. Sadly, the scrapbooking has been lacking in my life lately so this is a really good thing! New Year's Resolutions:
  1. Stop the soda! I realize that when I drink soda, I eat. Not a good combo. No soda, no excessive snacking??
  2. Drink more water! I need to stay hydrated. I don't hate water, so why don't I drink it? Not sure but that is going to change!!
  3. Get moving! I have a FABULOUS treadmill in the basement with a HUGE tv in front of it. No excuses not to get moving! 45 minutes/day. Excessive? Possibly. But for a person with high cholesterol, it is necessary.
